CALL FOR PAPERS

The conference SPS2026 calls for scientific contributions. The corresponding papers will be peer-reviewed, published in proceedings and presented during the conference. Please follow the below timeline, for submission of the abstract and, if accepted, of a corresponding manuscript. The scientific submission procedure will be carried out in the EasyChair portal system. The papers will be published in well recognized, easily accessible electronic proceedings. The conference language is English.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors from academia, industry, and research institutes are invited to submit an abstract in the SPS'2026 Conference Management System, EasyChair, before August 22nd, 2025.
The abstract should include no author names, no author affiliations, and as little as possible any other indications on the origins of the authors, in figures, text or references.

Title (preliminary)

Abstract (400-600 words). The abstract should give an outline of the final paper, indicating the paper’s merits and relevance to the symposium scope, a brief account of the results and the conclusions.

Notification of acceptance will be sent at the latest on September 1st, 2025.

 

 

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

All authors must use the SPS2026 template(to be provided later) for their full papers while strictly following the journal instructions (to be provided later). The full paper should be submitted by the SPS2026 Conference Management System, EasyChair, by further developing your previous abstract submission.
The final paper should be 8-12 pages long. The required language is English, and all submissions are made electronically. Submit the paper according to the deadline, October 15, 2025, as late submissions will not be considered in the review process.
Do not forget to activate and use spell-check in the word template before you send in the full paper.
All full papers will be subject to peer-review by the scientific committee. To increase quality and minimize the risk of bias, the review process is double blinded. To allow this, no name of authors should be included in the full paper manuscript to be reviewed. Authors are to be added in the final version of the camera-ready paper.

Review comments on full papers will be sent back to the corresponding author at the latest on October 30th, 2025.
The modified final (camera-ready) version of the paper should be re-submitted before 31 January 23rd, 2026.
